Eighteen is a number. It's more interesting than 17 but not as interesting as eleventeen.

The good news about eighteen is that it's barely legal, which means that while you can derive pleasure from it without fear of legal repurcussion, you really ought to know better than shacking up with a teen.

While 18 is old enough to be drafted to fight in a war (in the United States), it is not old enough to buy alcohol unless it goes on holiday to England, where it can get blind drunk and shack up with a traffic cone.
