All Rights Reserved is a traditional
dance, started around
1952, to encourage the number of
pirates to increase to safer numbers. Since late
1889, the decline of pirates has led to the increase in temperature worldwide, so the Federal Government decided that they had lost enough
pirates already. The man that came to the rescue was
John F. Kennedy. Under his plan, he could raise the amount of pirates by making the stealing of ideas, not just objects,
illegal. The only problem with his plan was the pirates made by this program were not as qualified as the old pirates were, and many even had all their limbs and
eyes. This then ended in the death of many Kennedys, but John's bad plan continues to be used, just like
Social Security.
