Anticheese is the anthisis of the 12 Fundamental Cheeses and 3 Noble Cheeses. It isn't so much a wedge of cheese as a hole in space the same shape as a wedge of cheese.
It doesn't weigh much.

Anticheese is a Comedy/Funk/Rock band on myspace, they have a podcast on itunes, slowly gaining a cult following for their crazy lyrics and interesting music.
[edit] Modern Anticheese
After the discovery of Anticheese, scientists worked dilligently on a way to harness the power released when cheese and anticheese mix. However, after many years of failure, they realized that the power needed to destroy cheese was actually very low. Thus the power generated by the combination of cheese and anticheese was itself very low.
This quickly killed any wartime use for anticheese, and the experimental cheese-power plants which dotted many countries were soon torn down, or converted into dairies.
About the only remaining use for anticheese is sabotage between cheese-makers. However, its use is rare, as few people mine the anticheese deposits of Egypt, due to such low market prices.
[edit] Characteristics of Anticheese
Though little is known of the elusive anticheese (no one with a particle accelerator is willing to create it, for reasons that will be addressed in a moment), several things are attributed to it. One, human sin, comes from christianity. For example, in the book of genesis, Cain kills his brother Abel who had just offered an extra large cheese wheel to God, trumping his own offering immensely. It is written that God's fury created the first piece of anticheese. This story has been cut out of the bible and replaced with the current version, because it was too depressing.
Due to the extreme horridness of the annihilation of cheese that occurs when it meets anticheese, anticheese is despised all over the world, the reason no one will create it even for study.
