The الالف باء العبرية (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) is used by people of Saudi Arabia (In Sha' Allah) and Al-Qaeda. It is known only by certain carefully-picked 1-1/2 year old scribes (Masha' Allah), which explains its squiggle-ical nature.
