The Prophecy of the Black Mark was written long ago in the vast land of Asia. It was the creation of the Ancient One, to destroy his enemies to the north who called themselves the USSR. Originally, the plan was that the "Prophecy" would be sent to the USSR, so they could read it and be pulled in to believe the power of the Black Mark. But Ancient One did not plan on his own Asian people to believe it too. During the battle of Ching Chong Ching, Ancient One unleashed the black mark. His plan was to distract the USSR troops so his own troops could kill them as they stood scared to the spot. But his plan backfired. The USSR troops were scared stiff, but the Asian troops, who had also fallen for Ancient One's little trick, took their fear to the max. Almost immediately the Asian troops fired beams of energy by shouting long complicated names, then throwing their hand forward. It is recorded the first attack was called: Ultra-Super-Mega Big Blast! Many asian troops "transformed" into huge mechanical menaces, which could fire even bigger energy beam thingies, and began to attack the Black Mark. But all this had no effect, the black mark just seemed to get blacker and markier with each hit. In the end, the asian troops ended up destroying themselves in frustration, and the USSR troops, now ignoring the harmless Black Mark, killed any survivors.

Today, the Black Mark is a bad omen in Asian Society, just below the number 4 and nukes. Although the effect has worn off slightly, the sight of the Black Mark will still send most Asian people to into a psychotic frenzy, where no one is safe. The Black Mark seems to give asian people some kind of hidden power, making them capable of pulling a samurai sword out of their ass, and the ability to drive like a madman. When faced with a Black Mark-empowered asian person, caution is advised. Do not anger them, and just slowly back away. If you are careful they will not give chase, but will mearly yell in indistinguishable gibberish at passers-by. When an asian person(s) is behind the wheel of a car, the effect of the black mark is doubled, causing them to go on suicidal frenzies of out-of-this-world driving, like cutting you off at intersections and trying to overtake you around a bend in the road. The problem with this is that if they manage to hit you, you may be in more danger than you could imagine, as there is a possibility you could leave a black mark on their car. When this occurs, even a Grue has trouble stopping them.
