Boards of Canada, not to be confused with Bored of Canada, is an electronica group consisting of 2 pieces of wood (2x4 pieces to be exact) that causes a disease known as Bocism .

Boards of Canada is a consequence of mental disease known as Bocism. It is often present on various internet forums and websites as well as internet forests where various individuals (most notably Mike Sandison and Marcus Eoin) are proclaimed as gods and the best musicians of all time. The cause of this disease is well unknown, but is somehow connected with prolonged exposure to music commonly known as IDM and tree hugging.
Another symptom of Bocism is increased musical productivity which results in hundreds of songs later labelled as work of Boards of canada which results in this artist having thousands of different songs. It is yet unknown how many, if any, of those songs are by Mike Sandison and Marcus Eoin (who have been known of appearing in famous Sun-burn show John Peel Session).
It is suspected that Bocism is directly related to kitten huffing, although all efforts to provide therapy by reversing the process, known as kitten blowing, has resulted in little success.

Common abbreviation for "Cupboards Of Canada", a Canadian terrorist group wishing to physically separate Canada from the United States so that Canadian bacon is no longer easily available to Americans. It is generally thought that this will merely send the Canadian bacon racket further into the underground and cause more hardship for Canadian bacon growers.
