Cankle

A cankle refers to a human deformity wherein there is no clear distinction between where the flesh of the calf ends, and the normally slender ankle joint where the fibula and tibia are joined to the talus. Cankle is an English portmanteu of Calf and Ankle.

In a normal individual the ankle joint joining the calf to foot is gracile in an attractive way. However in an individual suffering from cankles, an abrupt nontapering terminus is seen. Medically this is caused by huge deposits of fatty adipose tissue around the soleus tendon. The condition usually only presents in female patients who are fat fucking cunts. Recent studies published in the New England Journal of Medicine report that 95% of lesbians have cankles, a condition known as lesbianic cankles.

Although cankles are a serious medical problem, the propensity of lesbians to spend all day on their fat fucking asses either licking yeasty snatch or partaking in hot scissoring make the condition notoriously difficult to treat. This is compounded by the predisposition lesbians have towards wearing Birkenstocks, which is a visually disturbing combination. The only viable non-surgical treatment is to encourage anyone with lesbianic cankles to wear boots whenever in public, although be advised that usually only galoshes will fit. Recently the World Health Organization suggested that only the social stigma of fat pasty calves spilling out of galoshes for all the world to behold is the best treatment for cankles, and has encouraged governments around the world to mandate such legislation. For most individuals suffering from cankles a surgical procedure known as a Cankleectomy will be necessary. This is an invasive inpatient procedure requiring several weeks recovery time.

Although exceedingly rare, it is nonetheless possible for men to develop cankles. Usually men who develop cankles will produce female offspring who are lesbians, an example of this would be the becankled American Vice President Dick Cheney, whose daughter Mary is a vile and disgusting lesbian who loves eating her some yeasty snatch. For this reason it is usually advisable for men with cankles to abort female fetuses.
