Tourette's Syndrome is a serious disease, and not to be made fun of in a humorous internet meme.

The Cookie Monster, aka Senator Rob Norton of South Virginia, is a large, furry, blue specimen of the monster species. Although usually seen eating cookies, recently, the Cookie Monster Norton (as he likes to be called) can also be seen eating vegetables in a last ditch effort to convince children that being healthy is healthy for you. Obviously, we grownups are allowed to eat cookies any damn time we please, and so have a need for Mr. Norton so that those damn kids don't eat 'em all.
