10,000 years ago their robot forms fought in an epic battle, and after 1,000 years of no victor, the heavenly beings got tired of the fighting and sealed them away, deconstructed them to human form, and sent them as humans to earth. Thats when they decided to use their abilities together instead of trying to find out who was greater. During the discovery album recording, the infamous fateful accident in the computer on September 9th, 1999 at 9:09, released the robotic duo from the heavens and combined with their human forms, becoming the robotic duo we know today as none other than: Daft Punk.

Many people have the misconception that Daft Punk are French. They are only in fact half French. They are also half Smurf. Apart from the drummer, who is completely Smurf. Can't you tell? He's short isn't he? They came together after the collapse of the Soviet Union, fleeing to France to escape poverty and to learn foreign languages. After a tragic accident involving their synthesizer and some dynamite, they became half robot aswell. Thus, they are three halves something.

Upon arriving in France and realizing that French is a complete waste of time, they turned to the only kind of music where singing is also a waste of time - House. A few years later, after learning a little English, they released the groundbreakingly lyrical and heartfelt "Around The World". (Many fans have affectionately nicknamed the song XTIN)

Following the release of Digital Love, everyone accused them of ruining the lives of everyone, as it contained the lyrics Why don't you play The Game?. That is everyone except astronaut, poet, Pulitzer-prize winning author, scientist, religious scholar, Oscar Wilde's lover, professional weightlifter, bodybuilder, winner of Maryland Elementary School Paintball Contest, yogurt-slinging krang johnson, Chairman of the Physics Department at MIT, Knight Templar, Most reowned god of the Hindu faith, founder of Microsoft, four-time winner of the Congressional Medal of Honor, giver of life, world-champion kitten huffer, overlord of New Scotland, thirty-three time Oscar winner, and ruler of all things time and space, Chuck Norris, who has won the game.

Guitar/Vocals Spike Jonze went and starred in Three Kings, which went on to... yeah, what did it do? Oh, and the dude that plays the Keyboard is Afroman.

The group is rumoured to have created an alternate universe only accessible through their live performances, where they rule from atop their magically lit pyramid.

While recording the album "Discovery", an unfortunate accident happened upon the group. Bassist Michel Gondry thought it was funny to spice up the click track with a Who-style dynamite-in-the-instruments. But when the explosives went off inside Afroman's synthesizer, the band were covered in shards of plastic and cheap Smurfish electronics, leaving them permanently looking like spacesuited morons. An alternative theory suggests that it was the sub-standard circuitry that exploded of its own accord, and Smurfish/Irish company Smurfit are to blame for the tragedy. Either which way, Daft Punk found a new look to try on.

The operation to save Daft punk was performed by Soul Glow Activator and his team of psychadelic highly trained Professional Physicians also known as Family Force 5 the masters of funk. As the Left and Right Hands of God (Gold Bot & Silver Bot) wore on the operating table Soul glow began to cut through them with his mighty axe. Five hours in to the operation Soul Glow Activator said “we are losing them!” and he sat down and cried saying “Only God can save you now... I don’t know what to put in them”.

Soul Glow Activatur's mourning was then interrupted by Master Mix Dj Naddady (King of the turntables) he is also a member of Family force 5. Nadday looked Soul Glow in the eyes and said “Hold up, wait a minute . . . put a little love in It”. Crouton (Drummer of Family Force 5 & Fashion Police) said “that is it we will put love inside of Guy and Tom”. Phatty(King of Bass and sexiness) agreed and “said its better then drugs In fact it's sent from above”. Not giving up Soul Glow open the chest of Guy and the Chest of Tom (this situation was the inspiration for Family force 5’s greatist hit Love addict) . Chap Stique(Father of heavy metal and all that is hard core )notice that both members of daft punk had a heart shaped box where it should go...so then love in the form of batteries was put in to daft punk making them alive . Both Guy and tom wore so badly injured that they needed to have some body parts replace with robotic parts such as their head and other body parts. The only person able to replace the body parts was the one who invented the robot himself … Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson also invented the Moon Walk but Neil Armstrong strongly disagrees by saying he was the first man to walk on the moon thus creating the Moon walk and his brother Louis Armstrong backs him up 100%. Michael Jackson has worked on robotic surgery many times. Michael Jackson is the creater of Cyborg, Astro Boy, Robocop, The Terminator and Paris Hilton. He is in fact, his own first test subject, gone horribly wrong.
