Break it down: Demo = demonstration, demonstrative. Cratic = ruling.
Someone who is democratic rules through demonstration. Anything that is a bad idea will be demonstrated first to fully display its inadequacy before moving on to good ideas.
Democratic is also a communist word which means Undemocratic. For instance during the Cold War the People's Friendly Democratic Peaceful Happy Republic of Germany (East Germany) translated really means the Dictator's Evil Despotic Tyrannical Warring Murderous republic. Similar names have been used in other "peoples" republics.

Democrats are people who use what they were brainwashed in school to think. A different breed of them, the limousine liberals, have rich parents who pull them through life kicking and screaming, because they are materialistic snobs who claim to want to help the less fortunate, but just do it for Public relation reasons, and have no morals. The opposite are Republicans, who have learnt outside of school, furthering their knowledge, and taking over America with their amazing intellect. Some are rich and extravagant due to their ingenious skills, some are well-off but down-to-Earth. The Republicans are generally conservitive, have morals, aren't as materialistic as the Democrats, and are blessed by the Grace of God.
... just kidding! They're also assholes, and a lot scarier too, but at least they don't support hippies and wouldn't let something like environmental destruction get in the way of doing business.
