Doom San

Doom San is an example of the many flaws of Japanese.

DOOM 3, the First Person Shooter by id Software, is known as "Doom San" ("San" rhymes with "Tan") in Chinese and "Doom San" (in this case, "San" is pronounced like "Sun") in Japanese. This is where the flaw in Japanese begins, and thus proves the Nihon Minasan are primitive and less superior than us uber1337 Chinese. (Bloody Japs invadin' us in Dubya Dubya Too) ("San" is "three" (3) (III) (IIV for the stupid ones) in both Chinese and Japanese, only pronounced differently)

[edit] OMG T3h FL4W!!!

In Japanese, (OMG surprise, surprise!!!) SAN also means MR!!!! (eg. Hatori-San or Smith-San or Oscar-Wilde-San, pronounced Osukaa-Woyuirude-San) So if someone says "D00M SAN" you don't know if they mean the game D00M 3 or MR.DOOM!!! By the way in Japanese MR goes at the end.

[edit] WHy this sucks (aka is dangerous)

Say if a Jap points to your local Game store and says "ZOMG t3h konichiwa DOOM SAN!!!11!!!" You dunno if you wanna go "OH C00L d00d FR33 C0P33 0f T3h UBER1337 DOOM3!!!111oneoneone!!!" and run in OR run away saying "OMG U HAX There is T3H EVIL D00D TRY1N tae KILL US!!!! AAAAAA!!! N000000!!!"

[edit] Yet again, why? Why does this bother me?

1. DOOM3 is a cool game. Everyone loves it. Even you. And the competition, eg. Valve Software. 2. Mr DOOM is a very evil man who will kill evryone, including you. 3. If you get confused, you could either get: a) Killed (if it's MR DOOM and you thought it was DOOM3) b) Dissapointed (if it's t3h oppiset and someone else gets t3h free copy of Doom3)
