"GEOweasel! Totally not ripping off something."

GEOweasel is an action/adventure/comedy flash animated series by Niko Anesti that focuses attention on the randomness, sarcasm, and parodic moments of life. GEOweasel takes place in a virtual reality that Nar, one of the main characters, created.

Niko Anesti has explained to a GEOweasel poster that, due to financial troubles within the family that would be better reconciled through his career, he is cancelling GEOweasel. While it's been noted that Niko has, time and time again, been slightly disturbed by his fans' devotion to the series (to the point of literally stalking him), he has stated quite firmly that the fans were not responsible for GEOweasel's cancellation (even if Future Weas's outburst in the revision of Car seems to indicate otherwise). However, just after the intended final episode (featuring the time anomaly described below), a fan known in the GEOweasel forums as TKeely4777 offered to finance an eighth and final season of GEOweasel(as Niko had originally intended) as a professional commission. Evidently Niko has accepted the offer, and production on the series is said to restart in April 2006. However, the source of this information along with Niko's unwillingness to confirm the news has thrown it into disripute. On March 14, 2006, new episode descriptions appeared on the official episode guide, confirming this report.

Recently, an anomaly has deleted all episodes of GEOweasel except episode 1. The anomaly occurred some time around February 4 2006 8:20 pm PST. This may have something to do with the current storyline, as Weas travels back in time to episode 1 to erase GEOweasel forever. Before all episodes went out episode 87 ended abruptly with eerie music, supposedly because Weas succeeded in erasing GEOweasel. The only episode remaining, Episode 1, Car, is changed with current Weas killing past Weas. Future Weas then disappears as he killed himself and Nar had not yet invented a way to revive dead characters in his simulation. Later in the modified episode, Nar kills himself, the cause of the "end" of GEOweasel and "deletion" of all GEOweasel episodes following episode 1 (it is claimed in the latest intro that Nar created GEOweasel himself to make it the greatest webtoon of all time - even if it failed). On February 12, all the episodes came back and another continuation of Car was added. Also, there is a slight appearance of Future Weas in the episode GRUFFO.

On February 5, 2006, it was revealed that an authorized japanese dub of GEOweasel was being produced by FightingMagic, an anime fansub group.

Nar is a scientist that is obsessed with action. He lives in his friend Weas's house, but treats it as if he owned it. Nar created the entire GEOweasel universe, as well as several other inventions, most of which are pretty much useless. Up until recently, he was dating Weas's mom, Sapphire. Nar also had his first fight in episode 50 (Dr. Schnoz's New Groove), against Dr. Schnoz. Later, he some how acquires a baseball bat, and ends up becoming something of the cast's fighter for a while. He often mentions the mafia and in one episode seemed to be in carge of a gang with thugs, named Heretic, Traitor, and Benedict Assface.
Weas, a normal person with superpowers, follows Nar in his adventures and is mostly frustated, serious, and expressing facts. He is the straight man to Nar, though in recent episodes he has been acting more crazy. He also appears to have super powers and, in later episodes, some fighting prowess. However, he isn't particularly resistant to harm, and he's died more often than any other character.
