Grand Theft Auto: Springfield takes place in the American city of Springfield. You play as Bart Simpson, a 20 year old petty criminal, trying to go from petty thug to crime lord of the city, hoping the dethrone Fat Tony of the title. He aspires to become more wealthy than Monty Burns. Well it's better than all the GTA's put togeter.

• Bart Simpson: The main protagonist of GTA: Springfield, Bart comes has many abilities such as climbing, swimming, and skateboarding.
• Homer Simpson: Bart and Lisa's old man. A raging alcoholic, he is a constant presence at Moe's when he's not working at the plant. Works with Bart and Moe bootlegging alcohol. Bart can drive a snowplow for him to earn extra cash.
• Milhouse Van Houten: Bart's best friend, he accompanies Bart on many missions. Players can play as him in multiplayer mode.
• Lisa Simpson: Bart's sister and Milhouse's fuck of the month. Milhouse does all sorts of kinky things with the spikes on her head.
• Jessica Lovejoy: Bart's fuck of the decade, has been Bart's steady woman for the last 5 years. Despite being the daughter of a minister, she is more evil than even Bart and would kill you for a nickel.
• Nelson Muntz: Bart's former enemy and bully from when Bart was only bad and not evil. They have since set aside their differences and have joined forces to terrorize the citizens of Springfield.
• Moe Szyzlak: Owner of the local tavern and friend to Bart's dad Homer, and now Bart who frequents it. Bart sells liquor for Moe to the students of Springfield elementary school.
• Fat Tony: Local mob boss, Bart does missions for him early on in the game but later kills him and becomes the new kingpin of Springfield.
• Charles Montgomery "Monty" Burns: Richest man in town and also a mean old bastard. Bart, Nelson, and Milhouse slaughter him later in the game and throw his remains to the hounds. They then help themselves to all the valuables in the house. When Smithers returns later on that evening he finds whats left of Monty. He takes the corpse up to the bedroom and does things to it that he never could when Monty was alive
• Waylon Smithers: Monty Burns' assistant. Harbors secret homosexual desires towards Monty and finally relieves them with Monty's corpse after he is killed by Bart.
• Otto Mann: Bart's friend since years gone by. Drives the school bus. Stands by his record of 15 crashes and not a single fatality. Do missions for him to earn extra cash.
• Sideshow Bob: Bart's former enemy, they have since buried the hatchet and have become partners in crime. Bart helps him in his election bid for mayor.
• Mayor Diamond Joe Quimby: Sideshow Bob's opponent, is executed when Bart picks him off with a sniper rifle while he is driving in his limousine. Sideshow Bob wins the mayoral by default.
• Professor Johnathan Frink: Eccentric genius, help him with his science experiments for extra cash.
• Barney Gumble: Homer's best friend and regular patron at Moe's. Occasionally helps Bart sell beer but usually ends up drinking most of it.
• Marge Simpson: Bart's old lady, always nagging Bart to get a job but is basically clueless about his criminal activities.
• Chief Wiggum: Local cop, very stupid so not much of a threat to Bart's criminal activities.
• Apu Nahasapeemapetilon: Owner of the Kwik-E-Mart convenience store. A man hardened by the multiple hold ups the kwik-e-mart has encountered. been shot 27 and a half times, now carries a smith and wesson for protection which he uses to cap playas that be hatin. Chuck Norris' cousin.
• Krusty the Clown: Popular TV personality. Ever since Bart joined up with Sideshow Bob, he has been on a mission to kill Bart & Sideshow Bob. Has major drug problems
• Sideshow Mel: Krusty's loyal assistant. Often uses the bone in his hair as a weapon & a tool.
• Mr. Save The Planets: A Fellow Hero, Crashed landed from another galaxy, trying to establish a life in Springfield, with his Accomplice Anya Powell.
• Chuck Norris: The final boss of the game.It is not required to beat him, for it is impossible.The final scene shows him punching Bart. BArt then falls back, Chuck Norris walks away.BArts fate is unknown afterward.

• Driving the bus for Otto.
• Helping Sideshow Bob become mayor by killing off the competition.
• Driving like a mad ass in the springfield losers race.
• Stealing drugs from your house.

• Mr. Plow Truck: Mr. Plow, that's my name, that name again is Mr. Plow
• Plow King: Mr. Plow is a loser and I think he is a boozer, so you'd better make that call to the Plow King.
• Limousine: Vehicles used by Fat Tony, Mayor Quimby, and Monty Burns
• Klown Kar: Krusty's main source of transportation
• Tractor: Driven by Groundskeeper Willie
• Cop Car: Favored by Chief Wiggum & his fellow officers, you can pretend to be a cop (if you don't do anythig stupid.)
• School Bus: This is how Otto gets around, he lends it to you to do missions
• Car Built For Homer: The name says it all, a car built especially for Homer. Alas, it's too expensive. D'oh!
• Canyonero: 12 yards long, 2 lanes wide, 65 tons of American Pride! Canyonero!-oh woah, Canyonero! (Yah!).
• Klown Tricycle: If you can pull off the loop-de-loop trick off in Fat Tony's hangout, you'll beat the game without having to go through all the levels.
• Scarab:How the hell did this get in here?This Aint halo!
