[edit] Plot
The basic form of the show centred around the often drugged, lethargic, Grover Cleveland dating various young women, and being critiqued by hidden camera by their parents. At the end of the show, it was decided if Cleveland would receive the girl, or a free detachable scrotum. However, most often, Civil Rights activists halted the show before it could be completly finished. On six occasions did Grover actually go out with the girl a second time, and on twelve occasions he received a detachable scrotum.[edit] Cancellation
As the Oil For Breasts embargo began in 1973, producers at MTV decided to cancel "Grover Cleveland Meets The Parents" as they could no longer afford the massive amounts of crude oil required to keep the 124 year old former Asian President running. Sadly, Cleveland was put down, and Brando and Lazenby were forced out of their studio, which was burned to the ground and pissed on by elephants released from an local wildlife reserve by raging liberals.
Brando was wounded in combat, and lost all recollection of his work and the show. And Lazenby began to work as a mercenary in the Congo. Cleveland's body was sold to an junk yard, where he was crushed and recycled.
[edit] Legacy
Saving the world from Nuclear war twice, the show won 18 Academy Awards. It also inspired the band The Killers to write the hit song "Grover Cleveland makes me wet". In 1992, the soundtrack to the show was remixed, and used as stock footage for the film "Home Alone 3".
