Harbinger
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
A Harbinger, short for Pox Harbinger, and misspelled by idiots as Harbringer, is a sign of bad things that is to come. More speficially, it refers to Octopi screwing over its player base and everybody erupting over it, not unlike Mount Vesuvius. This caused Pompeii to be completely destroyed as though it had been struck by a Falcon Punch. If not for the sale of Pox Harbingers, the ancestors of several innocent civilians of Pompeii could be alive today. Just think, what if one of those ancestors was going to invent something useful, like flying cars or a cure for homosexuality?

[edit] Opinions of Pox Harbingers
How people view Pox Harbingers largely depends on the position of that individual in the food chain.
[edit] Opinions of People Without a Harbinger
Pox Harbingers are annoying because they have initiative. In other words, unlike most people who play PoxNora, they live a productive lifestyle and actually get work done. Out of jealousy, people cry that initiative needs to be nerfed so that everybody is as lazy as the PoxNora players who lack initiative.
[edit] Opinions of People With a Harbinger
Pox Harbingers are not bad for the game and do not need to be nerfed, because everybody can get a Pox Harbinger. You just need five hundred dollars per Harbinger.
[edit] Opinions of Octopi
Octopi disagrees that Pox Harbingers are overpowered, resulting in their nora cost having been decreased when they buffed the flying ability. Additionally, Pox Harbingers are an excellent way to make fast and easy money, allowing Octopi to allocate resources to foosball tables and the creation of Bladed Corpse thongs.
[edit] Sale of Pox Harbingers
In A.D. 2101 war was beginning. To fund the war effort, Octopi needed to make money, and fast. First they resorted to selling HawkFain into prostitution, but when there were no buyers, they did something much worse -- the sale of Pox Harbingers. Although Pox Harbingers were once relatively rare, Octopi multiplied the Pox Harbinger count like a herd of rabbits, specifically a herd of Magma Bunnies. In order to afford Pox Harbingers, people sold all of their stock and loaded up on these once limited edition runes. This resulted in the triggering of the Great Depression, known as Black Thursday.
