Hoi Ping Chamber of Commerce Secondary School (Chinese: 旅港開平商會中學, abbr. HPCCSS) is a thing in Hong Kong. There are rumors that it is a secondary school; however, as of 2007, it remains disputed whether there is a close connection between concentration camps and schools.

Mr. Wong Kin Chung is ostensibly the principal of the school, but is in fact held a puppet by the Discipline Master Mr. Lee Kang Lau (also known as Oxox), who is actually a mutated ox in disguise from a corrupted GM farm in Australia; Mr. David Walker, another Hoi Ping teacher, was originally an employee of the farm and helped Lee Oxox's escape, as discovered by the school's secret underground society, "The Association of Innocent Lambs (TAIL)", which was founded by three of the students under the torment of Oxox and his plots. They revealed and described to the world the terrible suffering under the so-called "leadership" of Oxox, and gave evidence that the hundreds of mutilated corpses appearing around the school are indeed Hoi Ping victims, and helped the government in its on-going operation to save the students before further atrocities could be committed. Among the list of Oxox's ruses they revealed are a plan to destroy world culture and literacy by broadcasting terrible English (few, however, have actually survived the ordeal to tell the tale), creating psychological viruses in the world by the means of terrible logic, and creating an ideology of "Conscience" or "Inner good" ("良知") which consists of horrible lies, mocking people with illnesses, et cetera. However, success is disputed. There are credible reports of packs of Cokes, one of the favourite pastimes of Oxox, being carried away right from the Ox's lair. Two days later, both North Korea and Al-Qaeda claimed responsibility for the robbery.

The mission of the school is to"lure innocent little lambs from around Hong Kong and put them through electric shock treatment, torture, psychological and physical abuse, and numerous other unspeakable ordeals, while appear to maintain a friendly and passionate profile."
The school is committed to providing her students with an all-round desperate life. In line with the school motto Get lost (失, "Suck"), the school emphasizes a balanced deprivation in students' liberty and freedom, academic pursuit and extra-curricular activities.
