Horace Horsecollar (June 19 1922 - c.November 29 1965) was the Minister for the Interior at Disneyland under the reigns of both Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Mickey Mouse the Great. He is best remembered for his long-standing rivalry with Goofy over an intricate love-affair involving Clarabelle Cow.

[edit] Birth

Born in Spoonerville, Calisota, Horsecollar was raised by his aunt after his two parents defected to the Soviet Union during the era of Josef Stalin. Such a memory remained with Horsecollar and over time led him to conclude that Stalin had deliberately kidnapped his parents as part of a plot to take over America.

[edit] Joining the Disneyland Federation

After a brief period as a janitor for the Uncyclomedia Foundation, Horsecollar joined the Disneyland federation as an accountant, rapidly rising through the ranks as World War Two broke out, and provided aggressive ideas for internal affairs whilst serving under Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

When Oswald was ousted from power in 1956 by Mickey Mouse, Horsecollar stayed on after being led to believe that Oswald was a Communist agent. Even as Minister of the Interior, Horsecollar was entering his twilight years, and such aggressive anti-Communism led to him being called Herr Horsecollar by anti-Fascist circles.

[edit] Disappearance

On November 29 1965, Horsecollar strangely vanished from the Administration Building and was not seen again. Comments from Mickey Mouse and Goofy suggested that Horsecollar had been fired, but there was no evidence of this in his living quarters, and until 1988, it was believed that Horsecollar had committed suicide.

In 1988, the same year Roger Rabbit was hounded out of America by Bugs Bunny, spies within Disneyland located the body of Horsecollar in the prison blocks of Mauschwitz. The coroner's report soon found that the body had been dead for 21 years, and that he'd been shot.

[edit] Conspiracy?

Despite the right-wing standing of Disneyland, it is now unclear of the motive of Horsecollar's death. Some believe that Horsecollar's anti-Communist sentiments were becoming too much of an irritant to the main leadership, while others believe that Horsecollar was murdered by Donald Duck, a notable anti-Fascist and devout Communist.
