The International Pasketmaul Board, or IPB, is the Global Governing Body of Pasketmaul. The IPB is based in a secret room below the Taj Mahal. The current head of the IPB is Maharaji. The IPB deals with many affairs, including player discipline, Cult of the Month pranks, Tournament Hosting Rights, Stadia Construction/reconstruction, and attacks against the United States.

Anywhere on Earth can host an International Pasketmaul tournament. It just has to have suitable facilities, and a will to win the rights. All bids have to be in by 2 decades before the tournament is scheduled to take place (these can change dramatically as the date gets nearer, or further as things may pan out). The IPB then has a vote, and losing bidders get put to death by crucifixion.

When the IPB applied to have Pasketmaul recognised as an official sport in England,their request was accepted until the Royal Scum the Queen Of England vetoed this request saying it wasn't 'posh' enough.
