For the religious among us who choose to believe lies, the so-called experts at Wikipedia have an article about Islamabat.

Islamabat is a city whose inhabitants are of bat family, that is acrobat, wombat, aquabat, etc. The majority of the inhabitants held the religion of Islam hence the name, although some are Christian, and even some are Jewish and Atheist.

Islamabat is commonly mistaken for Islamisbad, a city somewhere in Pakiland.

This city is located somewhere in the Middle East and so secluded, therefore nobody knows where it is. That is why it is unknown how the knowledge of this city's existence and history can spread out to the outside world (and also how those religion could reach this place). Anyway, we now know that this city exists so let's not make a great fuss about it. I am sure that bats around the world know about this place but we cannot ask them since we don't understand their language. Interrogation by torturing them is somewhat futile.

This city was founded by Ronald McDonald in 1800 BC, a citizen of an unknown ancient city. (Now this city is really unknown, we don't have the slightest idea of it and no archeologist have excavated it.) He founded this city when he was on a journey to his father in law's home to attend family dinner and got lost. He then decided to settle down at this place. There he begat Achmad Ben Hassanabat; and Achmad Ben Hassanabat begat Machmoud Ben Achmadabat; Machmoud Ben Achmadabat begat Boaz of Rahab; and Boaz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse; And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Uriah and... (Wait a minute! Is this correct? Hmm... this is exactly what my cheat note says. Oh, never mind that.) Anyway, the city became populated.

From the untrusted source who provided this cheat note, there are news about this secret movement called "The Zirconist Movement", an attempt to call all bats to return to this city. The news also said that many bats have returned and lived in this city thus spawned the name "City of Hope". Those bats came to this city in secret, of course, so we don't know about their dissapearance. Bat-Scientists just thought that the cause of less bats is just because they are eaten by the Portuguese (see: article about bat). Those bats are actually becoming their favourite food. Of course this "Zirconist Movement" can only be confirmed if Bat-Scientists have succeeded in translating bat languange. Before that, we would never know. Maybe Batman can help? You'll never know.

There I've said it all, there are no other information whatsoever about this city. There's no information about how big it is or their custom, also no photographs or pictures or sculpture or books about it or it's inhabitant or the founder. I think there will also be no more information about it in the future. (I have consulted the fortune teller and the future see-er about this and they said no. I even consulted the fortune cookies.)
