Jarkko Oikarinen
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
Jarkko Oikarinen was born in 1983 at Oze Swamp, Finland. In the 90's, he designed IRC to gain the world record for the most number of bans. To break the former record, he created IRC channel, named after his birthplace, #OZE (early versions of IRC supported only one channel, this bug was fixed in later releases). To avoid autobanning from IRC, Oikarinen had to abandon his life (many historians argue that he never had one) by practicing a special 'only-go-out-if-you-need-more-coke'-technique (mastered nowadays by many IRC-users). Actually, it has been said that the decreasing appreciation of life, is the direct consequence of IRC becoming more popular. But at that time, it was not so popular, and Oikarinen was the only person in IRC. This fact makes it remarkable that in just three days he got banned 238495 times from channel #OZE, resulting an amazing ban rate of 1.09373 bans per second! Later, this has been known as OZE's constant, used to refer in person's tendency to get banned (todays most competent N00bs can achieve ban rate of 0.1 to 0.15 OZE). Today Oikarinen is working hard to break new record: to ban the most number of people from IRC. Actually, he has already done that, but nobody has told him yet.
