This is not laughing, as it has been disproved by the Bush administration's elite core of scientists. In fact, it is not even rolling.
Laughing or laughter (Binary: 101) is the phenomenon that is observed with humans where a lot of tears are produced in a relatively short time interval, of miliseconds or days. The tears that are produced form a very serious threat to the eyes, which should be countered as soon as possible.
To make humanoids pass the Turing Test, engineers have tried to make them laugh as well. The water that was produced by these humanoids so far have always caused corrosion in metal parts of them, and have always make them fail the Turing Test because of that. hhjshue jdhsu
Laughing is considered a sin by most religions, probably because it makes one go to masturbation and disrespect all of God's laws. Have you ever seen God laughing? I think not! Now kill yourself. (Then - kill your parents!) The Jack of Diamonds is sometimes known as Laughing Boy. Playing cards is also sinful, so you're really screwed.

Laughter has recently proved to be addictive and lethal, and is spread throughout populations via eye contact. Studies by the leading researcher in the field, Professor HeHe of China, have shown that laughter makes one hyperventilate, taking more and more gas into the brain, causing the head to explode. Additionally, in the moments leading up the explosion, hallucinations are common and normally take the form of watching Adam Sandler's "Happy Gilmore" movie, resulting in a regurgitating effect but strangely also more laugher, thus continuing the death cycle of eventual death by excessive oxygen and brain anuerisms from watching that horrendous man playing golf. Of course, this may be an explanation why Laughter Riots are so common.
Did you know that President Bush says helpfulness can get you through everything...eh...yeah...um,...I'll be off then...hehe.

It turns out that excessive participation in Laughter Riots will cause an effect similar to Body Building. As the HeemoGoblins in your blood get moved around more by the breathing and muscles spontaneously grow bigger; this is why bar fights at comedy clubs tend to be far more dangerous and has a bigger death toll.
