MCP, or Methamphetamine Cyanodolide Phosphate, is better known by its street name, "Grok", and is a highly addictive and usually fatal stimulant. It is commonly used to "amp up" before gang violence, and is a class D Controlled Substance. Stiff penalties exist for the manufacture, transport, distribution, posession, ancilliary knowledge of, and being related to anyone having ancilliary knowledge of this dangerous drug. according to the DEA, MCP claims over 5000 lives a year in overdoses alone.
