Metalinka

Metalinka is a band ripped off by the modern Metal band Metallica (Metallica released their albums they ripped off from Metalinka a year after Metalinka released their album). Metalinka was founded by Link Heyfield and Lars "Old Man" Ulrira in the year 1000 AD. Releasing a total of 9 albums, their greatest album to date is often regarded as St Pissed The Fuck Off. Metalinka was a driving force during the dark ages. Metalinka should not be confused with Metallurgica, a rival band, or Ganondeth, another band founded by Link Heyfield.

"Simply because!" stated Lars Ulrira in a 'recent' interview (the band has been dead for nearly 1000 years, what do you expect?), "Metalinka is something you can polish you sword to, Metalinka is something you can make love and pillage to! We just wanted to kick people in their testicles so hard that their children would be feeling it!"

The band have said a brand new album(produced by Jean Rubin) is coming soon many hope it will be as good as St Pissed The Fuck Off and will sound a bit like that album. Recenty they done a gig at Wisbech football stadium in front of 90,000 people, with support from Mastoron, Machine Ned(replacing Flowers And Chocolates For My Valentine) and H.A.M. .
