Never and Again are two magic words that when said in conjunction can stop something from EVER happening again. It is often used in public schools by students hoping to discontinue an awkward thought or idea of a schoolmate. However, it can be used by anyone on anything. If performed correctly, this will render the target unable to repeat the offending action.

[edit] Effect

"Never Again" is useful in most scenarios because both parties can usually escape unscathed if the target of the phrase is compliant.

WARNING: This procedure causes extreme embarrassment of both parties if the receiver chooses to continue the unwanted action.
