Ni

Ni! is the expression one should use to greet people and scare them at the same time. Ni!!!! "Ni!" is a word which was invented by Rumpelstiltskin as an unsuccessful attempt to shorten his name. (it seems he couldn't get his name properly on his driver's license and was asked to shorten his name within 5 seconds or die at the hands of a handless feather monster). Ni is also one of the 3 most powerful words in the universe: "Ni", "Peng", and "Neee-wom." Scientists say that "Neee-wom" is another version of "Ni" however.
This expression was later plagiarised by the Tamil and Swedish Communities (in the great Tamil-Swedish alliance of a few years before the great war on cheesemakers) so that they have a word which means "You"!. Until then, both these communities used the names of each other's communities (The Tamils said Swedish and the Swedish said Tamil and this created a lot of problems) In the midst of it all, the Sinhalese had to find a prefix to negate a word. As "Ni!" was in use at the time more often than any other word, they thought they's use it. This lead to the fight between the Sinhalese and the Tamils and over 20 millennia later years later, this continues...
The Female form of the original "Ni"! was, and still is, Jo, which was short for the name of Rumpelstiltskin's wife, Rachel. The name Rachel was short enough for the license, but there was a copyright problem with Jennifer Aniston's character in the movie Doom, so she decided to change her name anyway..
Ni and Jo have a collection of Boogers and Snot Monsters that protect them from the Force and their Evil Ewoks. Together, they are called the Nose Force, but I guess that's not important to this story.
Ni is a big fan of the Acid Rock and Reggae group Air Supply, while his wife Jo is not.

It is also used to annoy people who uses Ni as a nick.
