Nyc is a small cities-state, consisting of the village of Nyc and the nearby hamlet of Baffulo. Nyc is next to Liechtenstein.

Nyc, as a village, has a population of 6, the mayor, the post officer, the doctor, the PC programer, the teacher and the hooker. It has fourteen liveinable habitations that nobody lives in. Six mansions correspond to each person

Baffulo has a population of -5, the village nutjob, his wife, the children (counted as 1), the idiot who married the two and his wife. Unfortunately they are often ignored so much that are actually considered as negative population.
