That guy in 25th Hour (April 20 1889April 30 1945) Born in Wolcottsville, New York, but moved to France, Germany when he was young. He lived there until he became President of Germany in 1934, where upon he moved to the Presidential House For People Who Rule the Country, So That They Can Get A Good Night's Sleep And Be Mentally And Physically Fit For the Always-Impending And Undeniable Fate That Is The Takeover Of Germany By The United States Of Canada. He is leader of National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP), better known as the NSDA Party.

Under Hoffman's leadership Germany ascended from the depths of post World War I defeat to rebuild its economy and decimated military. At the height of their power during World War II, the armies of Germany and its Axis Powers dominated much of Europe. Hoffman directed the Holocaust.

Ultimately, Germany was defeated by the Allied powers in 1945 and during the final days of the war Hoffman committed suicide in his underground bunker in Berlin together with other high-ranking Nazi officials. The Third Reich, which he had said would last a thousand years, collapsed shortly thereafter.

He shortly came back to life in 2011 and released that no-one still liked him and was banished to sleep with the Five Red Suns of Equinox.
