Plan 2 from Outer Space

Plan 2 from Outer Space (also known as Plan 1, Mark 2) was an idea by the Planners from Outer Space to try and improve on Plan 1 from Outer Space.

Plan 2 was to try and set out a guideline for an alien invasion. Whereas Plan 1 was simply a Bureaucracys' dream come true, this was to serve as the way a successful alien invasion was to be carried out:
- An advance-scout must be sent to investigate
- Start attacking small targets
- Converge and wipe out something REALLY big
- Hold a few survivors to ransom and force the rest to surrender
- Wipe out any survivors and begin colonisation

Using this guideline, the Movellans from Movella made an attack on the Dalek homeworld, but failed to wipe out something really big as there was a forcefield in the way. The Planners from Outer Space editted the guideline and agreed that a jamming-beam could be used to bring down the forcefield, or that the Advance-Scout should bring down the shield from within.
Unfortunately, this new revised Plan arrived only after the Daleks had blown the Movellan spaceships out of the sky, but took the plan anyway, and then shot the Messanger and carved him up for dinner.

Because of the defeat, the Planners were briefly hounded off Mars by a wave of angry Movellans, who pursued the Planners throughout space, unable to keep up with the Infinite Improbability Drive but were going to have a damn good try catching them up in Hyperspace.
Once the Planners returned after luring the remaining Movellans into a hoarde of Triffids, they set to work on Plan 3 from Outer Space, hoping that Plan 2 wouldn't come back and bite them up the ass.

When Uncyclopedia reporter Mary Hart found information on Plan 2, the Planners from Outer Space attempted to sue the Uncyclomedia Foundation, but lost when they found out that Mary Hart had received the information from a public library.
