Being that fairy dust has any power what-so-ever beyond the obvious value of warding off intoxicated trolls. Any potential dusting is almost certainly not strong enough to have much effect upon "Red's" Dad, if in fact this is a photo of him.

This Red Riding Hood encounters a fantasy dusting of fun and fancy.
A fairy simple story is transformed into a unique adventure, highlighted with Henry Cavill and Broadway stars dancing a comedy twist. Music and magic find ways to redeem the not-so-nice happenings of the big bad "Wolfie".
|||| Frantic And Silly And Possibly Inaccurate Plot Overview: Beneath the folly-anna story of a little girl traveling along a short cut through the forest to help her Grandmother, both falling into the clutches of the "big bad wolf"... Perhaps a more interesting tale really occurs. According to my premise, there is more to this story than has ever been told before. Have you ever considered that the wolf who has always been branded with the label of "vile" and scorned accordingly, may actually be the hapless victim of all of this. Be afraid, be very afraid and follow along... What if the "big bad wolf" harmlessly wandering through the forest is attacked by a girl in a hooded red cloak who beats him to the ground and then attaches a saddle and harness onto his fluffy fur, then rides him about entreating wild escape. Hence, the very title of this story. Only later, the little girl is captured by Peter Rabbit and his friends the duck and the cat. Post haste, she is taken away to Grandmother's house by providers of Ultimate Fighting TV programs. Then David Cameron does his Titantic re-enactment thing by reducing the good samaritan wolf to worthless ruble, then further punishes this local well meaning resident by sadly slapping an ASBO on him.
