Shotpun
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
A shotpun is a firearm typically used to fire a number of small figures of speech which consist of a deliberate confusion of similar words or phrases. Ammunition for shotpuns are referred to as shotpun shells. Single projectile loads are generally called shotpun slugs.
[edit] Good and Bad Shotpuns
The actual puns inside of a shotpun shell can vary. Some are comedic gold, and some are so crappy they may be affective by how terrible they are. Here are some examples of good and bad shotpun shells.
- "I wondered why the baseball was getting bigger. Then it hit me." -GOOD
- "Buying a car is quite a show, which is why car salespeople use a showroom." -BAD
- "Did you hear about the guy whose whole left side was cut off? He's all right now." -GOOD
- "A kitten born in the 10th month of the year is an Octo-puss." -BAD
But of course, someone without a sense of humour are vulnerable to all types of shotpun shells. Ironically, these are the types of people that deserve to be shot.
