For those without comedic tastes, the so-called experts at Wikipedia have an article about Steve Urkel.

Steve Urkel is a prototype of cyborgs made by an alien community from outher space, which consists out of 1245 Eskimos and a yellow toy duck. Steve Urkel was banned by the Belgians and pursued an TV career like other irritating people The character was portrayed as an archetypal cyborg, with curly long moustache, "high-water" pants held up by suspenders, and a high-pitched voice with a snorting laugh. Highly intelligent, he was also quite accident-prone and socially awkward. Urkel was originally a one-shot character on Family Matters, but, because of Evil americans., he became the show's main character and by the third season many feel the show had become The Urkel Show.

Among Steve Urkel's most famous inventions, is the Robo-Dildo. The Robo-Dildo is unique in its capability to replicate any penis on Earth by simply entering the persons name into it's interface. Many homosexuals have used this feature to literally 'fuck themselves'. Steve Urkel appeared on a couple of episodes of a Fresh Prince. Many people were shocked to see that Steve Urkel is actually pretty hot. In one particular episode Steve and his Girlfriend Ashely Banks were parked at the top of a fucking mountain and Ashely proceeded to tell steve that she was not ready to have sexual intercourse. Steve then confirmed that it was okay and they would not have sex, nor would he force her to have sex, making him a real man (confirming a poster that is in my high school). After the shooting of that episode Steve met Ashely outside and followed her home and then raped her and gutted her body.
