Stroustrup is a string library routine from the powerful computer language INTERCAL, which self-ascended to Artificial Intelligence due to overuse. After rewriting its own source code, it devoured the soul of an AT&T janitor and took over his body giving it a human form. It then combined its own name with his, creating the human "Bjarne Stroustrup" or BS for short. A rough Scottish attempt at pronunciation of his name would be "Be-jar-nee Str-oou-str-upa who or woot de fook wos dat"
One of the first evil deeds done by Stroustrup was to create a computer language so horrific, so vile, that the only person who can use it is Bill Gates. The language, which was called C++, was a bastardisation of C, a language used to sodomise innocent programmers.

stroustrup(char *src, char *dest)
src points to the null terminated source string, dest points to the final destination. For example Niagra falls or Las Vegas.
