It's a joke, I believe. I was confused about it for a while too, but then I noticed how all the people who get banned because of this only get banned for around four seconds. --THE 23:51, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

How long does FFS voting on someone stays open? I have seen some that have been inactive for over a month and wondering when do they get closed and a decision is made. What happens if you are an admin and you try to block {{USERNAME}}? Would you be blocking yourself, blocking nobody, blocking everybody, or none of the above? The Linkifier 21:03, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

What I mean is, this template displays the username of whoever is looking at it, and on this page, {{USERNAME}} comes second after George W. Bush for being banned.
