I agree that there should be a merge. (I hadn't even realized there was an article on Macdonald at the MacDonald namespace.) The article at Macdonald is random nonsense. I suggest moving the contents of MacDonald overtop the contents of Macdonald. Redirect John A. MacDonald to John A. Macdonald.
