I can't see anything racist about the above comment at all.

1) The unfact that Malcom X was killed by piranas has nothing to do with race.

2) ...or perhaps you were referring to the 'turban parties with Muhammad'. That isn't racist either, as Islam is not a race, it's a religion, and therefore the comment is bigoted, yes, but not racist.

3) This entire thing, UNcyclopedia, is about misinformation. If anybody takes any of this seriosly, they can take an idea from the "Don't Vandalise or Blank This Page" template, and do the following: A) Go read "About Uncyclopedia" B) Go read "How to be funny, and not just stupid." C) Go fuck yourself.
