As far as i am aware, the orange traffic cones, if not harvested, would deteriorate into yellow water barrels at which point they would migrate to exit ramps and await death at the hands of oncoming traffic (they become suicidal and depressed in old age, hence the duller yellow hue). Also, as infants might they be small attitude cones?
