This is an attempt to fill in a reference for the article "Tin Foil Hats". It describes what Orbital Mind Control Lasers are and also some types of people affected by them. I need to add more and better images. Also, most of the links seem to not attach to anything. Finally, I think it may seem a little too serious. Please review, if you really don't mind.
