Anyone fancy rewriting this article completely in poetry?
Wow this article sucks. It's just a collection of overdone negative observations on poetry that hold no comedic value. So, to whoever wrote this: I like poetry, and I don't care if you don't. Go ahead and make fun of it. That's the point of Uncyclopedia. But do so in a manner that mirrors the other articles, which were so carefully constructed by their authors to be masterpieces of subtlety and hidden attacks. Someone really needs to rewrite this--I would, but I'm a poet.
Well I think we need poets to write this - someone who knows how to make the words sound like poetry (where the words are stressed, etc)--Zodiac 09:32, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

only bring forth
negations.

That's the point of Uncyclopedia.

But do so in a way
that makes me want to stay
or stray
and bray the other articles
which
you bitch
were so carefully constructed
and then were interucted
by
the shy
the authors
masterpieces
of subtlety and hidden attacks.

considering the flimsy soul.

these days. There are always
older spirits, teachers
who came before.
If I give a feeling,
it might be lost
