Anyone who goes to university can speak properly. Obviously, the person who wrote such ignorant description of the universities are uneducated. He or she lack the ability to speak fluently, instead, this person can only curse. This shows that this person who critizes the university is indeed not educated, or maybe he/ she got rejected by SFU?
