I must say--whoever placed the "In 1922 did Warren Harding a stately Teapot Dome decree" phrase in this article... You are, in fact, brilliant. Sadly, not many people are going to recogniaze an allusion to Coleridge poetry while also understandiung the background of the Ohio Gang scandals.
