William Cole (Bruce Campbell) and his wife Jackie (Bruce Campbell) are in Bulgaria (Bruce Campbell) on business. They meet ex KGB operative and current taxi driver Yegor (Bruce Campbell) and crazed psycho lunatic gypsy woman Tatoya (Bruce Campbell). All four are involved in a bizarre love parallelagram until they all kill each other.
Senile genius Dr Ivan Ivanovich Ivanova (Bruce Campbell) and his assistant Pavel (Bruce Campbell) transplant the four brains into two bodies and stuff happens.
It's got Bruce in it so it's bound to be good.

The film was made in the Third World country of Bulgaria. The thirty-five cents spent on catering saved the Bulgarian economy and prevented the country being bought under a compulsory purchase order by Bill Gates.
