The BBC was in uproar this morning after a humorous hacker deleted all the news content from its current affairs website and inserted an offensive message which greeted its army of readers this morning. The message in question is so bad that we cannot repeat it on a family interweb site.
BBC Web Maestro Herbert Wankstrain was apopleptic with anger, "I mean it isn't even bloody funny for gods sake!"
Reports of people fainting from shock did not materialise but it is thought the message probably caused mild offense in literally tens of households and offices across the country. One man, who declined to be named, was most put out, "I mean, what the hell does 'excretia' mean?"
BBC technicians hope to get the site back up within a month.
