THE VATICAN, ITALY- The Pope today issued a rare public criticism of a young dead American Catholic couple, Tim and Loretta Churney, recently of Fallbrook, California for abandoning their newly-deceased baby boy Matthew in Limbo just moments after their firey death in a head-on car collision.
"I can understand sometimes the desire and excitement that a newly-departed couple may have when wanting to enter through the gates of Heaven and feel the true beauty of God, however, they should have given more thought to the wellbeing of their one-month-old son, and leaving him in Limbo while they head off for an eternity of bliss is, frankly, just not on." said the Pope.
The Churneys could not be contacted for comment.
