Chas 'n' Dave's recent demise has already given rise to tribute acts such as Dave 'n' Chas, Jazz 'n' Dave and Jizz 'n' Dave asking for payment in platinum ingots. Are they mad? Platinum is almost impossible to find in the East End of London (apart from traces in the Thames and Argos).
