So that's probably near 0% for 13 year olds and at least 50% for 19 year olds. A bit optimistic, don't you think? ( 0+50)/2 = 25 for unclo/wikipedians ) I suspect the 25% arrives in the last half with a vengeance ( 0+0+5+5+15+60+90)/7 = 25 is probably more realistic.
