- A Romanian might have a better idea what is going on. Gălăciuc is, according to Wickedpedia, a youth camp in the Romanian Carpathians. Annual activities include a software development contest, which I suspect is the thrust of the article to hand. Sounds like rather a nice spot -- "Gălăciuc is an excellent venue for paragliding, mountaineering and sightseeing....Trout fishing is possible either in the Putna river or the Lepşa trout farm."
