Oscar Wilde was one of the greatest writers, poets, jockeys and quote-producers in the 18th and 19th centuries. As a founding father of Uncyclopedia, we are dedicated to carrying on his work, bringing his pearls of wisdom to the masses. If you wish to help us out with this project, here's how:
Step 1: Produce a witty quote. Not a shitty quote. It should be the kind of quote which will go smashingly well on an existing page here, and give it the sense of authority that all articles should have.
Step 2: Once you have your quote, you must name it. Pick something short and sweet. Preferrably something having to do with the quote such as its topic.
Step 3: Navigate to the page http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Template:Wilde/NameOfthePageYouwanttheQuoteLinkedTo . (Examples: Template:Wilde/Earth, Template:Wilde/Bling...etc.) Create that page.
Step 4: Type {{Wilde|Insert quote text here, punctuation but no quotes.|NameOfthePageYouwanttheQuoteLinkedTo}} into the page that you just created. Save.
Step 5: Now go to a Uncyclopedia:Wilde/# page where # is the letter that the name of your quote begins with (Examples: Uncyclopedia:Wilde/F, Uncyclopedia:Wilde/Q...). Edit that page, and add your quote in the alphabetical order it goes in. You will use the format: {{OWQL|YourQuoteName}}.
Step 6: Click on the link/go to the page you want the quote on. Edit that page, and insert: {{OWQ|YourQuoteName}}
Step 7: Save, and profit.
