This is a short long guide for PEEING Attendings and above on how to update User:Cajek/Pee, the ultimate review nerd's paradise!

[edit] Daily maintenance

If you see an unjudged, completed pee in the queue, these are the steps for changing the holy list of Pee.

[edit] Step 1: Judge the review

In order to update the list properly, you need to know if a review is "in-depth" or not. Genrally, this means it conforms to UN:PRG, has at least a paragraph in each section, is nice to the reviewee and is otherwise generally helpful. Remember your decision for later.

[edit] Step 2: Edit the user stats

Click edit on the section (Peeing Proletariat, PEEING members (FS) or PEEING members (AU/SK/CC)) that corresponds to the reviewer (for example, for a Zombiebaron review, you would edit Peeing Proletariat, for a DJ Irreverent review, PEEING Members (FS), and for a UU special it would be PEEING Members (AU/SK/CC).

Next, search the code for the line of this reviewer. It should look something like this:

The + signifies that the reviewer is in the Top5 reviewer list, explained later. Then is the name of the reviewer, their total amount of reviews, and the number of in-depth reviews. Next is the average score of the user's reviews (all the numbers is the score of each review they have given). Next is a {{%}} to calculate the percentage of reviews they have that are in-depth, followed finally by the name and date of their last review.

First off, you will need to update the number of total reviews (in this example, changing all three 48s to 49s). If it is an in-depth review, you will also need to change the number of in-depth reviews (the 47 to a 48). Next you will need to add the score of the review onto the average (in the format +37.5). Finally, change the name of the review and the date (to today's date, not the date of the review). Press preview, not save.

[edit] Step 3: Edit the averages

The averages section looks like this:

After pressing preview, find the stats of the user you are updating, and fill in the new total, in-depth and averages (the averages are the reason you pressed preview, to find out). Because of the amount of people in the Peeing Proletariat, there are HTML comments marking where certain users lie to make searching easier slightly less painful. Again, change the review name and time, then check everything looks fine with preview before saving.

[edit] Step 5: The maintenance box

This allows the other people who check this daily to see which reviews have been checked. Simply add a line at the top of the box in this format:

[edit] RotM

Each month a new reviewer is voted Reviewer of the Month. If they are on the Top5 list, this is signified by a √ sign that links to RotM before their name (although, oddly, nothing is displayed on the main list). This is usually updated on the first of the month by whoever happens to archive RotM, usually Under user.

[edit] Promotions

To move a user between tables, simply cut them from the original list, and paste between the last user and the averages of the newlist. Don't forget to change the averages of each table. New PEEING members jump from Peeing Proletariat to PEEING members (FS), non-members with at least 5 in-depth reviews can also be moved at the discretion of the list updater. PEEING members are moved from the FS table to AU/SK upon their ascension to Attending Urologist, and in rare cases when they win Reviewer of the Month if they haven't yet been promoted.

[edit] Maintenance archive

The maintenance box is archived roughly monthly, in the format User:Cajek/Archive*. It is normally just a quick cut-and-paste job into the new page with {{Archive}} stuck on top.
