While not always necessarily finishing last, Fazookus really is a nice guy. A graduate of the prestigious Ramapo College of New Jersey, he was accepted at the equally prestegious Heritage Foundation as their first "Devil's Advocate", only to be fired when it was discovered that instead of being a Liberal, he was in fact "...just a fucking wise-guy".
