I think this is a picture of an opinion. However, I'm not sure...

Opinions are the most important invention known to man, except for the wheel. Without opinions, the world would probably be a dull and boring experience because I don't think anyone would make suggestions on how to improve it. The world might be ruled by an oppressive dictator because no one would want to voice their opinions.

An opinion might be an uncomfirmed belief or conclusion. I'm not quite sure which one, so I think it is both.
